Rhubarb is known as a good addition to very different dishes. We decided to use rhubarb for jam, as it is full of vitamins, minerals and is excellent for regulating digestion. The marmalade has a slightly sour taste, and it is enriched with nutmeg, which adds sweetness to the marmalade.
