I.

Administration Cvet gora d.o.o. asks its guests to strictly follow the house rules in order to make the stay of all guests as pleasant as possible.

II.

Only guests registered at the reception can stay in the camp, glamping and other accommodations.

Check in: 
From 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for camp guests
From 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  for guests of glamp houses, rooms and cottage

Check out: 
From 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Billing and payment for the services used can be done the day before departure until 20:30 to avoid a long wait.

III.

The selection of a place in the campsite and glamping is done with the head of the reception, except for numbered plots, with the obligation to use the space rationally, taking into account the space of your neighbors.

V. 

Entry with personal vehicles is only possible from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Later, the outdoor parking lot by the road is used so as not to disturb the guests while they are sleeping.
It is not permitted to park personal vehicles outside the accommodation units or marked parking lots and on adjacent plots outside the territory of Cvet gora.

The maximum speed of movement with vehicles through the camp is 20 km/h. Pedestrians in the campsite have priority over vehicles.

IV.

Najstrožje je prepovedano zabijanje žebljev v drevesa ali katerokoli oškodovanje le-teh, ogrevanje prostora v katerem bivate ali katera koli gradbeniška dela na izbranem prostoru. Uprava kampa Cvet gora d.o.o. odobrava le tipizirane ograje. Z neupoštevanjem te točke reda se odvzame možnost nadaljnjega bivanja v kampu. 

VI. 

Setting up the tent is possible from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Special caution applies to the other hours, where you make sure you are quiet and don’t wake up your neighbors.
Please do not make noise that may disturb other guests, including the use of radios, televisions and musical instruments.
Peace and quiet in the camp:
 From 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Afternoon peace:
 From 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Failure to comply with this point of order will result in the possibility of continuing to stay in the camp.

VII.

Lighting fires outdoors is prohibited by law due to the risk of fire, so use the fire pit in the camp for these purposes.

Guests are obliged to take care of the order and cleanliness of the rooms they use. Collect garbage separately in plastic bags and place it in containers.
Leave the sanitary blocks behind as you would like to find them.

VIII.

We are not responsible for the possible disappearance of items from tents or houses.
You can deposit jewelry, money and other valuables at the reception for a minimal fee.
If you find abandoned / forgotten items, please hand them in at the reception so that we can find the owner.
The control of the inventory of mobile homes is done on the day of departure. Any damage is subject to monetary sanctions.

IX.

Dog owners are obliged to register their pets at the reception.
Dog owners are obliged to keep their dogs on a leash.
You, the owner, are obliged to clean up after your pets. Failure to comply with this point is subject to monetary sanctions.

X. 

Visits are only allowed in case of proper registration at the reception.
For a short stay in the camp, visitors are obliged to leave one valid personal document at the reception, which will be returned when leaving the camp.
If you stay in the camp for more than 2 hours, you will be charged at the reception.

XI.

To connect or disconnect the electricity, contact the campsite reception.
The safety control of electrical installations is carried out by the responsible worker.

XII. 

The book of complaints and compliments is located at the reception of the camp.

XIII.

Guests who do not adhere to the stated camp rules will be denied access to accommodation services.
